Rachel Gifford grew up on a cattle farm in Munster, PA. She rode in her teens and competed IHSA in college. After helping out at the boarding barn where her horses lived, she owned her own farm taking care of her horses at home. Rachel has a diverse past working for the National Park Service and the Girl Scouts of America as well as teaching. She has degrees in history and education and is also a NASM certified personal trainer. Rachel moved to Illinois in 2015 and has worked at StarWest since the end of 2018.
